My family is confused. I’ve never stuck to healthy eating habits for so long. I’m actually quite proud of myself for sticking to it! Its been about 2 weeks since my last slip up and I feel amazing!

I made dinner for the family +1 tonight.
Cooking for 7 people sucks! BUT I wanted to prove to them that eating healthy doesn’t suck. I grilled chicken (about 4 ounces per person, they’re used to 6-8 ounces of meat) I made some sweet potato fries for everyone (Three potatoes, a dash of salt and lots and lots of pepper and some olive oil) I sauteed some onions and garlic (to put on the chicken.)
